Who can take part
- You are enrolled in VA primary care at the local VA site.
- You have significant symptoms of PTSD, depression, or anxiety (for example, a certain score on a questionnaire).
- You have not had a suicide attempt or strong desire to commit suicide in the last month.
- You have not had a psychotherapy appointment outside of primary care in the last month, with another one scheduled.
- You have not changed psychiatric medication outside of VA primary care in the last 2 months.
- You do not prefer to be directly referred to specialty mental health care.
