  • You can read and speak English
  • You have at least moderate anxiety symptoms (ASI-3 score of 23 or higher)
  • Your distress or physical symptoms cause meaningful problems in your life (rated 3 or higher on a clinical scale)
  • You have internet access and a device for remote sessions, and can attend in-person visits
