  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You are visiting your GP for symptoms that have lasted a while (not sudden or short-term).
  • You are registered with a GP practice that is part of this study.
  • Your symptoms are not mainly caused by a medical condition that needs surgery or medication first.
  • You are not severely affected by another serious illness.
  • You can understand and communicate in the study language and do not have major thinking or memory problems.
