Who can take part

  • You are an adult (age 18 or older) with a doctor-confirmed diagnosis of long COVID
  • Your COVID test was positive by PCR
  • You are between 3 and 12 months from your COVID diagnosis
  • You still have more than 2 ongoing symptoms that affect mood, thinking, and/or body (reported by you)
  • You can read and speak English and have reliable internet access/computer for online sessions
