Who can take part

  • You are between 4 and 17 years old.
  • You do not have an eating disorder, trouble swallowing, or a heart/lung condition.
  • You do not have a brain or nerve problem, including muscle or nerve disorders.
  • You have never had sleep apnea, head or neck cancer, or surgery in your mouth or throat (except wisdom teeth removal).
  • You are not currently wearing braces and have not had orthodontic treatment in the past.
  • You do not have a cleft palate or other mouth, nose, or airway malformation.
