  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You are in good overall health (no heart, lung, or nerve/muscle disorders)
  • You do not have obstructive sleep apnea (a condition where breathing stops during sleep)
  • You can speak and understand French fluently
  • You have no current difficulty swallowing
  • You are not currently in speech or swallowing therapy
