- Be between 12 and 18 years old
- Already enrolled in a weight-loss program at Zeepreventorium
- Have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) or show signs of sleep-breathing problems on a sleep questionnaire
- No orthopedic, traumatic, or joint diseases affecting the neck or head
- No genetic syndromes or muscle/nerve disorders
- Able to understand study procedures and follow instructions
