  • Be between 12 and 18 years old
  • Already enrolled in a weight-loss program at Zeepreventorium
  • Have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) or show signs of sleep-breathing problems on a sleep questionnaire
  • No orthopedic, traumatic, or joint diseases affecting the neck or head
  • No genetic syndromes or muscle/nerve disorders
  • Able to understand study procedures and follow instructions
