Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread) and are about to start your first or second targeted therapy (a pill called a TKI), which may be given with or without chemotherapy.
- A sample of your tumor from a past biopsy (such as a small piece stored in wax or taken with a needle) is available for testing.
- You have not yet started any targeted therapy or chemotherapy for this cancer.
- You are able to follow the treatment plan and do not have any medical or personal reasons that would make it hard to stick with the study.
- You agree to take part in the study and sign a consent form.
