Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a confirmed H. pylori infection (for example, from a breath test).
- You have not taken heartburn medication (like omeprazole) in the last 2 weeks, or antibiotics or bismuth (like Pepto-Bismol) in the last 4 weeks.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you are a woman of childbearing age, you agree to use birth control during the study and for 1 month after.
- You have not had any surgery on your stomach or upper digestive tract.
