You wear a blood pressure cuff on your arm that briefly stops blood flow and then releases it, repeated for several cycles. The goal is to see if this improves walking and other functions.

Who can take part
- You have primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS).
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your walking speed is slowed (timed 25-foot walk takes 5.5 seconds or more).
- Your disability level, measured by the EDSS scale, is between 4.0 and 6.5.
- You are not currently taking certain medications like ocrelizumab, blood thinners, Fampridine, or muscle relaxants like Baclofen or Tizanidine (and you won't start them during the study).
