Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
- You have not had any other cancer that needs treatment in the last 2 years, except for certain skin cancers or cervical cancer that were cured.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan like CT or MRI.
- You agree to a tumor biopsy or provide a sample of your tumor.
- Your brain metastases (if any) are treated or not causing symptoms, and you have no history of leptomeningeal disease (cancer in the fluid around the brain).
