Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have small cell lung cancer that has come back after one prior treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy
- Your cancer can be measured on scans
- You are in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You have not had more than one line of treatment for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer
- You have not received a prior antibody-drug conjugate containing a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor
