Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You completed at least primary school.
  • You are pregnant for the first time (primiparous).
  • You do not have an infection, wound, or scar on the areas you would tap (like face, chest, hands).
  • You have a risk or concern listed in the Ministry of Health's pregnancy risk form (like high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.).
