Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old. If you're over 60, you must not have more than three serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney conditions at the same time.
- Your tumor must have low or no PTEN protein, confirmed by a special lab test.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and if it's been treated before, it must have grown back.
- You are generally well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts, heart) based on blood tests and an echocardiogram.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose, if you or your partner can have children.
