Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a glioblastoma brain tumor with a specific marker called EGFRvIII (tested by a lab).
  • You are able to do most daily activities (Karnofsky score 70 or higher).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working well enough to participate.
  • You have received standard radiation therapy for your brain tumor.
  • You have not had certain other cancer treatments or an EGFR-targeting therapy.
  • You are willing to give consent for the study procedures, including a blood collection for making the cells.
