Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your tumor must be a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma or a grade 3 or 4 IDH-mutant astrocytoma that has come back after standard treatment.
  • Your tumor must have a specific protein called IL13Rα2 (this is checked by a lab test).
  • You need to be well enough to do daily activities (Karnofsky score of 70 or more).
  • You must have adequate blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, lungs) and be free of HIV, hepatitis B, and C.
