Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have glioblastoma (grade 4) that has returned or grown after surgery and standard chemo-radiation.
- You have at least one measurable tumor on MRI, at least 1 cm in size.
- You can care for yourself (KPS score 60 or higher) and are expected to live at least 6 months.
- Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within certain limits (your doctor can check these).
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
