Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have breast cancer that is HER2-positive and hormone receptor-negative (for phase II) or any advanced cancer with HER2 expression (for phase Ib).
- Your cancer has come back or spread and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- You have not had more than 2 lines of hormone therapy for metastatic disease (for phase II).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in generally good health with normal organ function and can care for yourself.
