Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have breast cancer that is HER2-positive and hormone receptor-negative (for phase II) or any advanced cancer with HER2 expression (for phase Ib).
  • Your cancer has come back or spread and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • You have not had more than 2 lines of hormone therapy for metastatic disease (for phase II).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in generally good health with normal organ function and can care for yourself.
