  • You had ACL reconstruction surgery between 6 months and 5 years ago.
  • You have finished all formal physical therapy and are now cleared for normal activity.
  • You take fewer than 8,000 steps per day.
  • You own a smartphone.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or metal fragments in your body.
