Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 35 years old
  • You had a first-time ACL reconstruction (ACLR) on only one knee
  • Your surgeon used a bone-patellar tendon-bone graft from your own body
  • You did not have prior ACL injuries or any previous ACL surgery on either knee
  • You did not have major extra knee/leg injuries or surgeries that would delay early walking after ACL surgery
  • You can safely do MRIs (no unsafe metal/implants and you’re not extremely claustrophobic)
