Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma) has returned or spread and has progressed after treatment with immunotherapy (like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors) and platinum chemo.
- You have received no more than 2 lines of prior treatment for advanced disease.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (not in a previously irradiated area unless it has grown).
- You are in good enough health to have a performance status (ECOG) of 0 or 1.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample (or have recent records of biomarkers) and blood samples for testing.
