Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have a confirmed solid tumor, especially head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (not in the nasopharynx).
- You must have a tumor sample from the last 3 years available for testing.
- Your cancer must have returned or spread and you have not had prior systemic treatment for this stage (except for certain cases).
- You cannot have had a specific type of chemotherapy called an ADC using topoisomerase I inhibitors before.
- You cannot have active brain metastases, autoimmune disease, or severe heart or other organ problems.
