Who can take part

  • You have a hernia that appeared after a previous surgery (incisional hernia), and it is located right in the middle of your belly.
  • The opening of the hernia is between 8 and 12 centimeters wide.
  • You are in good enough health to be rated as ASA I, II, or III (a general health score from your doctor).
  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form.
  • Your hernia repair is planned (not an emergency), and your doctor has said you are suitable for a minimally invasive (smaller incision) repair.
