Who can take part
- You have fatty liver disease with at least 5% fat in your liver (measured by a special MRI)
- You have at least one health issue like overweight, large waist, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, or low good cholesterol
- You do not have other liver diseases like hepatitis B or C, and you do not drink a lot of alcohol
- Your liver is not severely damaged (no cirrhosis, fluid in the belly, or bleeding from the liver)
- You are able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants or severe claustrophobia)
- You are willing to follow the study procedures and give written consent
