New drug with chemotherapy before and after pancreatic cancer surgery

Who can take part

  • You have pancreatic cancer that a surgeon believes can be completely removed.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for this cancer before.
  • You are at least 18 years old and in good enough health to undergo treatment (ECOG score 0-1).
  • Your blood and organ function must be adequate (your doctor will check this).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
