Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have torn your ACL (a key knee ligament).
  • You had surgery to rebuild your ACL at AZ Delta hospital in Roeselare (Campus Brugsesteenweg).
  • This must be your first ACL reconstruction surgery, not a repeat surgery.
  • You have not had any other serious leg injuries in the past year.
  • You do not have a muscle or nerve condition, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue syndrome.
