Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You had ACL surgery on one knee using your own tissue (autograft) at least 3 weeks ago.
  • You can almost fully straighten your knee and bend it to at least 90 degrees.
  • You can walk without crutches or braces and stand on one leg.
  • You have not had major knee or leg injuries on the other side, and no other health issues like nerve or balance problems.
