  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You currently have an active eating disorder (but not ARFID, which is avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder)
  • You do not have serious suicidal thoughts that need immediate help
  • You do not currently have mania (a severe high mood state) or psychosis (losing touch with reality)
