Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You need to speak Italian and have access to the internet on a phone or tablet.
- This study has two groups: (1) you have a diagnosed eating disorder and started treatment within the last year; OR (2) you have eating concerns (scored above a certain level) but are not in eating disorder treatment, just seeing your regular doctor.
- You cannot take part if you have severe mental health problems, suicidal thoughts, are pregnant, or have certain medical conditions like neurological or visual impairments.
