  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 28
  • You are willing to use effective birth control for 6 months after the study
  • You have no major health conditions like heart, liver, kidney, or stomach problems
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter meds, herbs, or supplements in the last 2 weeks
