Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your liver fat level is at least 10% as measured by a scan.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
  • You do not have cirrhosis or other serious liver conditions.
  • You do not have poorly controlled diabetes (HbA1c below 8.0%).
  • You have not had major heart or blood vessel problems in the past year.
