  • You are a veteran of any race or gender.
  • You have mild or moderate depression (not very severe).
  • You have reliable internet access and a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • You are stable on any medications for mental health.
  • You do not have symptoms of psychosis, bipolar I disorder, or current suicidal thoughts.
