Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or can't be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans to track if it shrinks.
  • You are physically active enough to do light chores or walking (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your life expectancy is longer than 3 months.
  • You have not had another cancer in the last 2 years (some skin cancers may not count).
  • You do not have a history of serious heart problems in the last 6 months or a blood-related disorder like MDS or leukemia.
