Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer is HER2-positive and has gotten worse after your first treatment (but you haven't had paclitaxel yet).
- You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have enough blood cells, liver, kidney, and heart function (doctors will check with tests).
