Study of three drugs vs standard care for HER2-high stomach cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs (Disitamab Vedotin, Trastuzumab, and Tislelizumab) against standard chemotherapy plus Trastuzumab (with or without Pembrolizumab) for people with advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has high levels of HER2. The goal is to see if the new combination works better.

- Your cancer must have high levels of HER2 (a protein that helps cancer grow).
- You must not have received any previous cancer treatment for advanced or metastatic disease, or if you had treatment before surgery, it must have been at least 6 months ago since it stopped working.

This trial is testing a new combination of drugs (targeted therapy plus immunotherapy plus chemotherapy) for people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer called HER2-low. The goal is to see if this combination works better than the current standard immunotherapy plus chemotherapy.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy) before and after surgery for locally advanced HER2-positive stomach cancer. It aims to see if this treatment can improve outcomes for patients whose cancer has not yet spread.
This study tests two new immunotherapy drugs (KN026 and KN046) with or without chemotherapy (XELOX) for people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer that makes too much HER2 protein. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer.
This trial tests two drugs, disitamab vedotin and trastuzumab, for people with HER2-positive stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has spread or come back after at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can help shrink tumors.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs (RC48, sintilimab, and SOX chemotherapy) for people with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, has not been treated before, and has a specific HER2 score (1+ or 2+). The goal is to shrink the tumor enough to possibly allow surgical removal.
This trial tests a new immunotherapy called rilvegostomig combined with standard chemotherapy and a targeted therapy (trastuzumab deruxtecan) for people with advanced HER2-positive stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not been treated before.
