Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, with some level of HER2 protein (from low to high).
  • You have already tried standard treatments for advanced cancer and they stopped working.
  • You have not received certain newer antibody-drug conjugate treatments (like T-DXd) or any such drug if your HER2 is low or ultra-low.
  • Your daily activity level is good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
