- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that cannot be cured with standard treatments.
- Your cancer has gotten worse during or within 12 months of finishing adjuvant therapy (treatment after surgery).
- You have never received systemic therapy (drugs that travel through the body) for your cancer.
- Your blood sugar is well-controlled (fasting glucose under 126 mg/dL and HbA1C under 6.0%).
