Who can take part

  • You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that is HER2-negative.
  • You have already tried a CLDN18.2-targeted treatment and it stopped working, and it has been at least 2 weeks since your last dose.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart) are working well based on blood tests and other assessments.

Combination immunotherapy and targeted therapy for advanced gastric cancer
