Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, and you have already tried one standard treatment that didn't work.
- You are in generally good health for your age, with a performance status of 0 to 2 (meaning you can care for yourself or are up and about more than half the day).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within certain limits as checked by blood tests.
- You are willing to use effective contraception during treatment and for 120 to 180 days after the last dose.
