  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have had thoughts of suicide in the past 2 weeks or have attempted suicide in the past 6 months.
  • You can read and understand English at a 6th grade level.
  • You have a smartphone and reliable telephone access.
  • You live in Massachusetts.
