New immune cells for Epstein-Barr virus positive T-cell lymphoma

T-cell Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy, Infections clinical trials.

This trial tests a new treatment using specially designed immune cells (called hNeo-T cells) to attack Epstein-Barr virus positive T-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment is personalized based on your tumor's unique markers and your tissue type (HLA).

  • You have been diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma that is Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) positive.
  • Your cancer has progressed after at least one standard treatment.
  • You have a specific HLA type (A0201, 1101, 2402, or 0203) and a half-matched healthy donor available.
  • You have stored tumor tissue (from a biopsy within the last 2.5 years) that can be tested for unique markers.

NCT01555892Recruiting· Phase 1
T-cell treatment for EBV-positive lymphomas

This early-phase study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment (cytotoxic T-lymphocytes) for certain lymphomas and related diseases that test positive for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It may help your immune system attack EBV-infected cancer cells, especially after the cancer has come back or when transplant isn’t suitable.

NCT07162012Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Cell therapy for EBV-positive lymphoma

This trial tests a new cell therapy (TCR-T cells) for people with EBV-positive lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatments or has come back. The therapy uses your own immune cells that have been specially trained to find and attack cancer cells carrying the EBV virus.

Shanghai
NCT03266653Recruiting· Phase 2
T-cell therapy for stubborn Epstein-Barr virus after transplants

This trial tests an immune therapy made from EBV-targeted T-cells to treat EBV infections that do not improve with standard anti-viral medicines. It may help by strengthening the body’s ability to fight EBV after certain transplants or immune problems.

Los Angeles, California
NCT07306156Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
GP350 CAR-T for Epstein-Barr virus related lymphoma

This trial tests a new treatment called GP350 CAR-T for patients with lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy, especially when linked to Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. The therapy uses your own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells carrying the GP350 protein from EBV.

Hefei, Anhui
NCT06135922Recruiting· Phase 1
EBV-TCR-T cells for EBV-related HLH or infection

This trial tests a new immune cell therapy (EBV-TCR-T cells) for people with a severe immune reaction caused by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV-HLH) or active EBV infection. The treatment uses special cells from a matched donor to help your body fight the virus.

Beijing, Beijing Municipality
NCT07368634Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
EBV-TCR-T cells for persistent EBV after stem cell transplant

This trial tests whether special immune cells (called EBV-TCR-T cells) can help clear the Epstein-Barr virus in people who still have high virus levels after a stem cell transplant. It's an experimental therapy for those whose virus hasn't responded to standard care.
