Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older and have not gone through menopause.
- You have been diagnosed with triple-negative or hormone receptor-low/HER2-negative breast cancer that has not spread beyond the breast and nearby lymph nodes.
- You have not received any prior treatment for breast cancer (such as chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery).
- You are willing to have a small needle biopsy of the tumor for research and to undergo breast cancer surgery as part of your treatment plan.
- You are generally in good health, with adequate blood count, liver, and kidney function, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
