- You have childhood-onset lupus (diagnosed before age 18)
- You are between 12 and 22 years old
- You often feel very tired, have depressed mood, or have ongoing pain

- If you are under 18 (U.S.) or 16 (Canada), a parent or guardian must agree to be involved
