  • You are 12 to 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with lupus.
  • Your lupus is stable but you feel tired, down, or have pain.
  • You speak English well enough to use an app and answer questions.
  • You are not currently taking psychiatric medications or in therapy.
  • You do not have other long-term health conditions like juvenile arthritis.
