  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 16 and 28.
  • You have a recent (within 3 months) tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in one knee.
  • You are planning to have ACL reconstruction surgery using your own hamstring tendon.
  • You can use a smartphone and the 'Huajiantong' mini program with some help.
