  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced solid tumor cancer that has spread and for which no standard treatment is available.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are generally able to do your daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one).
