Who can take part
- Diagnosed with active multiple myeloma that has BCMA on the cancer cells
- Cancer has returned or not responded after at least two prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulator
- Able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-1)
- Adequate heart, liver, and kidney function
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and no active serious infections or hepatitis
