Who can take part

  • You have a type of solid tumor that has spread or can't be removed by surgery, and your tumor has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are able to do your usual daily activities without help (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
  • You have not had major surgery, cancer treatment, or a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks (or 2 weeks for some treatments).
