  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer is advanced and has either worsened after standard treatment or you could not tolerate it.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (old or new).
  • Your daily activity level is good (able to do most things for yourself, score 0 or 1 on a standard scale).
