This study tests a home exercise program (TIME at Home) to see if it helps improve balance and walking for people with mobility problems. You'll exercise at home with coaching via video calls, and a caregiver will join for the first session.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have some trouble walking (like needing a cane, walker, or help with stairs or bumps).
- You can walk about 10 metres on your own (with or without a cane/walker) and stand up from a chair without help.
- You have a family member, friend, or caregiver who can be with you on a video call for the first session.
- You are not currently in another exercise or rehab program that will last the next 2 months.
